Polyimide FEP film is Polyimide film coated with FEP resin on one side or double sides through the sintering process at high temperature. It owns outstanding properties as high temperature resistant, radiation resistant, corrosion resistant etc like polyimide film, besides, under high temperature as 350 degree, it will be self-adhesive. Polyimide FEP film is widely used as insulation material for electrical wire, electromagnetic wire, H class motors and other electrical applications.

After completion of formula,the materials begin to polycondensation,flowing into resin storage,casted by casting machine,scrolling into imine furnace for complete drying,tension and imidization,and beginning to wind. After winding, start to strimming side or slitted as clients' demanding. Then the coil must be during corona treated and post-processed for good performance.

- Receipt of customer's RFQ ( detailed requirements of the glass or touch panel, qty etc.)
- Receive customer's technical files, including CAD drawing,application ect .
- Recommend standard products or customize products based on customer's requirements.

- Offer engineering drawing for confirmation and fill in project kick-off form.
